Mr Eazi Performs At The Tidal Third Annual Charity Concert In Brooklyn

Mr Eazi continues to move his career forward. He's performed at JAY-Z ‘s company Tidal hosted their third annual charity concert last night at the Brooklyn Barclays Center and it was truly star-studded. The “Tidal X Brooklyn” benefit was hosted by Angie Martinez and featured Nigerian singer Mr Eazi, who thrilled the crowd with a performance of his hit songs. The show which was streamed live on Tidal also included performances by Tidal owner JAY-Z , Chris Brown, Cardi B, Stevie Wonder, Jennifer Lopez, DJ Khaled, Vic Mensa, A $AP Rocky, Fifth Harmony and many more.

According to PUNCH reports,  the Nigerian  Senate was put into confusion on Wednesday when a lawmaker Identified as Biodun Olujimi, accused President Muhammadu Buhari of losing authority on his administration. Mrs. Olujimi, PDP-Ekiti, was responding to a motion on the face-off between Nigeria’s security agencies raised by Dino Melaye, Kogi-APC. Burna Boy Speaks On Involvement In The Robbery Of Mr 2Kay

Nigerian reggae artist and dancehall singer, Damini Ogulu popularly known as Burna Boy has spoken on being declared wanted by the Lagos State Police Command over gangsterism. The record label to which Burna Boy is signed with Spaceship records have officially released the statement on the course of it artist being wanted by the police. It was a denial that Burna Boy was involved with any robbery or ambush of Mr 2Kay. Mr 2kay was beaten up and robbed by four armed bandits as he lodged in Eko hotel, Victoria Island area of Lagos State. Nura Ilyasu, the man who climbed a telecommunications mast in Abuja on Wednesday to protest the re-election bid of President Muhammadu Buhari, has finally descended. He came down from the mast on Thursday. Ilyasu touched ground at 11:25am voluntarily, after security operatives acceded to his request that he must address the press upon his descent. Marketer Blames Taxes, Levies For High Cost Of Aviation Fuel In Nigeria

Marketers of aviation fuel have blamed excessive local levies and supply challenges for the high cost of the product in Nigeria. The Guardian NG reports that besides a flat tax of N2.50, which is placed on a liter of jet fuel, other sundry fees are also levied on the product. “The truth is that there are varying cost elements from the Federal Airport Authority of Nigeria (FAAN), in terms of ground rents, access permits for equipment, personal permits for fueling operations and fuel tax itself. All of these are heavy cost elements that are typical of our environment, making the cost higher compared to other African countries,” a marketer told the Guardian. A lecturer with Obafemi Awolowo University, OAU, identified as Professor Richard Akindele demanded to have sex with a student five times as a gratification to upgrade the low mark she scored in a course, according to the audio recording of the conversation between the student and the teacher now trending on the social media.
