Gomez must have been the best Justin Bieber had ever got in his relationship affairs. According to TMZ, the ex's had breakfast once more making it the second time they're hanging out in nine days. Here is TMZ report : Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez had quite a weekend away from The Weeknd ... they grabbed breakfast together Sunday morning - - just the 2 of them Justin and Selena were chatting it up at a cafe in Westlake Village . .. with Bieber rockin ' a hoodie , and Selena not wearing much to cover up . This is the 3 rd sighting recently where the 2 exes have hung out ... again , with Abel nowhere in sight . Justin was just at Selena 's house last Sunday .. . and stayed 'til midnight. Like we told you . .. Selena' s BF 'The Weekend' was fully aware of them hanging out, and we 're told he ' s totally cool .

President Muhammadu Buhari has promised to sign the Not Too Young To Run Bill in the coming days. Buhari made this promise on Tuesday during a nationwide broadcast in commemoration of the nation’s Democracy Day. “In few days to come, I will be joined by many promising young Nigerians to sign into law the ‘Not too young to run’ bill,” he said. PREMIUM TIMES has obtained the full details of how N23 billion disbursed to Nigerian universities to settle earned allowances and arrears was shared among 24 universities. University staff, members of four unions, are currently engaged in a verbal war over the modalities for sharing the money. The money was part of the N220 billion the government pledged to the schools, which is an integral part of a resolution reached to address the last strike embarked on by unions over the non-implementation of previous agreements.
