Photos: Two Corps Members Die In Kogi State

Two members of the National Youth Service Corps, serving in
Kogi State have been confirmed dead.
The two deceased are identified as Ifeanyi Uzumeh and
Blessing were batch A, Steam 1, 2017 Corps members.
A fellow Corps member who confirmed the death of Uzumeh
on Facebook said he graduated from the Imo State University,
IMSU.
"This is terribly painful and unbelievable that we
lost this guy Apostle Ifeanyi Uzumeh (Biggie slim
fit)...IMSU feels d pain, History feels d pain, his
PPA at Kogi feels d pain, IYP feels d pain, 2017
Batch A stream 1 feels d pain, Imo state feels d
pain , Okigwe feels d pain. Very difficult to
believe from my side...
But the funny aspect of this so called NYSC scheme
is that Nigeria have no stipulated wherewithal of
sympathising with a bereaved family who lost a love
one in this service...
I would have love to articulate the loop holes of
this scheme but my soul is mourning" he wrote.

Lagos State Acting Commissioner of Police, Edgal Imohimi, on Monday narrated how four men allegedly hired by popular hip- hop musician, Damini Ogulu, aka Burna Boy, robbed another artiste, Abiye Jumbo, aka Mr. 2Kay at his hotel room at the popular Eko Hotel and Suites, Victoria Island Lagos on October 22, 2017. The musician was robbed after performing in ‘Buckwyld N Breathless’ concert held in the hotel. The suspects paraded on Monday by the Police as being responsibe for the robbery are Balogun Ademola, Obina Igwe, Tunmise Omotore and Joel Kantiok, who was described as Burna Boy’s road manager. Three of the four suspects confessed to taking part in the robbery on behalf of Burnaboy.
