Justin Bieber laced up his cleats , popped off his shirt, and got really pumped up while playing soccer with his bros . . . judging by the look of his shorts . The Biebs hit up UCLA ' s campus Tuesday afternoon for a pickup game on one of the soccer fields , and at one point was standing at full attention calling out a play . We' re told several college students gathered around the field to watch JB in action and get a peek at his new torso tattoo . . . and he put on quite a show . It ' s unclear if the bulge in his shorts was the result of scoring a goal or if it was just the afternoon shadows on the pitch playing tricks . . . but the important part is Justin looked like he had fun .

President Muhammadu Buhari has promised to sign the Not Too Young To Run Bill in the coming days. Buhari made this promise on Tuesday during a nationwide broadcast in commemoration of the nation’s Democracy Day. “In few days to come, I will be joined by many promising young Nigerians to sign into law the ‘Not too young to run’ bill,” he said. In July of 2017, almost one year ago, the National Assembly passed the bill, but it was only sent to the President for assent in April — two months after 24 of the 36 state houses of assembly endorsed it. According to the Not To Young To Run Bill, the minimum age to contest for the seat of the President shall be reduced to 35 years, while governorship and state lawmakers was reduced to 30 and 25 years respectively. At least 13 persons have been rushed to the hospital after a deadly explosion hit Akure, Ondo State, on Saturday morning.         The impact of the explosion destroyed houses and tore major roads apart.  A truck carrying explosive items to a quarry was said to have triggered the blast.
